Secondly, it might be advisable to keep the 'strongly believe' sorts of qualifiers at a minimum given the resistance to the core aims of this DC amongst some stakeholders in the IGF. Hopefully this evening the terms of reference such as 'rights', 'principles', even 'the Internet' can be pinned down a bit more clearly at least for the sake of argument and strike a balance between general aims and specific objectives.
