o Approach taken
o Structure of Charter
o Overview of content
· Coalition members ask questions and make comments about the Charter. Participants should note that the Charter is still a draft, and the experts still have work to do concerning the detail of the rights, principles and wording. Questions and comments should therefore be constructive, and focused on:
o The structure – does it work?
o What additions need to be made – what has been left out?
o The length and overall content: what articles or sections should stay in, and which should come out?
o General comments and questions about content.
o Agree on timetable for finalising the draft, further consultation and publication.
o Further consultation and participation by the coalition
o Outreach
o Launching the Charter at the IGF.
o Human rights rapporteurs at regional IGFs.
o Relevant workshops being proposed for the IGF.
o Statement in support of freedom of expression.
o Engaging with ICANN: Registrants Rights Charter, At Large, NCSG...
o Coordinating with other initiatives e.g. EU Presidency Granada Strategy.
o Strategies for raising the profile of human rights issues.
o AOB...?
